What payment methods can I use to purchase products from BBJ?

The fastest and easiest method is to order directly from our web site. We use a secure internet shopping chart which encrypts your personal details when processing. Orders placed on line are usually shipped the same day. Telephone orders are available +44(0)1707 694 320 but may not always be available at the time you call. Please leave a message and we will return your call usually the same day. Bank transfers are also available and goods will be shipped when funds are received.

How will I know that you received my order?

When you place an order to purchase a product from BBJ Imports Ltd., your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we"ve dispatched that product to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail"). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed in a Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to have been dispatched do not form part of that contract

What if I"m not satisfied with the product, what is your policy for returns?

Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging and undamaged. Return shipping costs are at customers expense. Proof of shipping is not proof of receipt so please ensure appropriate shipment tracking is employed. Please include name and address for refund to be sent to. Once the goods are received and checked, a full refund (excluding original shipping costs) will be sent via a refund to the credit card used for the original purchase or cheque (in GBP) to name/address supplied. Please note: DVD purchases are not available for a refund once package is opened and its original packaging is altered.

During our purchasing process, we ask for personal information which both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you. We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes:
