How will my order be shipped? We routinely search for the best carriers that can provide fast, guaranteed delivery times as well as take care of your package while in transit. Therefore our service providers may change from time to time. Currently we employ services from the Royal Mail and TNT for Domestic or International shipments.

How are shipping charges calculated? Shipping charges are automatically calculated as part of your transaction with www.BBJImports.com. These charges are based on the level of shipping service provided and the handling costs associated with it.
What if I live outside of the UK? Orders shipped within the EU will experience the same fast delivery times as orders in the UK. Delivery can be completed without the need for Customs Declaration in most cases. We offer Royal Mail Airsure as the normal method but TNT Global Express is also available at request.
When ordering products from BBJ Imports Ltd. for overseas delivery you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. We have no control over these charges. Please read section related to Customs Clearance for more information.
What if my Country of Residence is not listed on our shipping chart? Simply send an email to info@bbjimports.com, informing us what products you are interested in purchasing along with a request for a quote on shipping costs. Title your e-mail Shipping quotation for faster processing.
What about Customs Clearance? Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
